It took six (6) months, from first meeting, to closed escrow.  Throughout the process, Michael acted as Adviser, Counselor, Coach and Buffer and helped Charlotte and Jason purchase their Dream Home!

Michael Bauerfeind is a veteran sales and real estate professional.  During his telecommunications career, Michael sold Telecom services to clients like USC (University of Southern California), UCSD (University of San Diego), City of Anaheim, and Marine Corps Base at Camp Pendleton, to name a few.

As a Realtor, Michael loves helping first-time home buyers.  Michael applies the same level of persistence, attention to detail, problem solving and customer service that he used to help large clients like USC and Camp Pendelton.
